Reflecting on 2025 & The Rise of Medical Fitness
A CHRISTMAS MESSAGE FROM EMILE
As we close out another powerful year, we extend a heartfelt thank you to our Exercise Room community. 2025 has been a year of transformation, expansion, and bold evolution into a new medical-fitness era.
Next year marks the official rise of Medical Fitness NZ where genetics, certified medical devices, AI longevity, functional strength, and cardiovascular optimisation come together in one ecosystem.
HOW FAR WE'VE COME – 2025 IN REVIEW
- Expansion of medical fitness systems and biomechanics.
- Integration of InBody, PNOE, Fit3D, and advanced assessment tools.
- Strengthened functional training pathways.
- Growth in memberships and community engagement.
- Foundation set for EECP integration in early 2026.
The 1-Minute Elevator Pitch
LAUNCHING MARCH 2026: EECP
A Major Breakthrough for Vascular and Metabolic Health
EECP (Enhanced External Counterpulsation) MC3 improves circulation, energy, recovery, oxygenation and cardiovascular performance.
EARLY ADOPTERS receive priority access, best pricing, and leadership in NZ’s next evolution of health. Be the person others quote later.
LONGEVITY PROTOCOL – CYCLE 8
Ages 49–56: Transitions & Vascular Health
"Your DNA loads the gun however your lifestyle pulls the trigger."
Cycle 8 is a major physiological pivot point where vascular elasticity, metabolic stability, and neurological creativity begin to shift. This cycle determines how young your heart, brain, and body will remain for the next two decades.
1. Cardiovascular Conditioning
- Zone 2 training for mitochondrial efficiency.
- Low-intensity conditioning for vessel elasticity.
- Strength training 2–3x weekly for vascular pressure adaptation.
- EECP as a vascular accelerator for this age bracket.
2. Anti-Inflammatory Nutrition
- Reduce inflammation that rises during this transition age.
- Omega-3s, colourful foods, good fats, reduced sugars.
- Supports joint pain, energy, brain sharpness, and metabolic balance.
3. Creativity – Unlocking the Second Half of Life
- Cycle 8 opens neurological pathways for strategic thinking, imagination, reinvention, and purpose alignment.
- Creativity fuels cognitive reserve and emotional resilience.
Why Cycle 8 Matters
The choices made now determine your biological age trajectory, heart + brain health, movement freedom, inflammation levels, and longevity potential.
Cycle 8 is a December anchor, a framework anyone can follow regardless of age – to stay balanced, healthy and energised heading into 2026. Your cardiovascular system is your fountain of youth. Strengthen it. Train it. Protect it. Start now.
